Contact support
Email mike.johnson2323535@gmail.com with a description of the issue, your device model, operating system, Angry AI version, and the steps that led to the problem.
Do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers, medical records, full chat transcripts, or other sensitive personal information. A cropped screenshot is usually enough when an error message needs to be identified.
Replies stop, fail, or never finish
Confirm that the device has a working internet connection, return to the conversation, and try a shorter message. If a reply remains stuck, stop it once, close and reopen Angry AI, and try again. When contacting support, include the approximate time and whether the issue happened on every prompt or only one conversation.
Delete local chat history
Open Privacy & Safety in the app and choose the local-history deletion option. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it also removes locally saved history. Angry AI has no user account and no saved server-side chat-history database for support to restore.
The Privacy Policy explains chat processing, third-party AI providers, local storage, operational logs, retention, and your choices.
Report an unsafe AI response
Tap Report response directly below a completed AI reply, then choose the reason that best describes the problem. The report is sent inside Angry AI; you do not need to leave the app or include your prompt. Vector Nest reviews reports to improve content safeguards.
App Store or Google Play purchase, download, or refund
Apple or Google processes the $2.99 purchase, download, billing history, and refund workflow for its store. Open the Angry AI App Store page or Angry AI Google Play page for the current listing. For billing or refund help, use the purchase-history and support tools for the store where you bought Angry AI. Vector Nest does not receive your full payment-card or store-account credentials.
What to include in product feedback
Tell us which temper level you selected, what kind of task you were attempting—roasting an idea, writing, brainstorming, or explaining a topic—and what would have made the response more useful. Feedback should describe the behavior without including sensitive chat data.
